We see Barn Talk as an extension of Crop Talk, the newsletter we send to CSA members every week. It’s a venue for the sort of conversation that’s likely to begin in the field and carry over into the barn, and then into the kitchen — thoughts that need more time and space.images

We focus on topics related to what we do here at Great Country Farms, which is grow the best food we can, using methods that make the land a little richer every year. And since food and land connect with many aspects of human experience, our thoughts roam far and wide. We invite you to visit our website, or come to Bluemont and walk through the fields. Then let us know what you think.
